The Carrington Homes Process:

When you have a customer that would like to build a new home in any of our subdivisions, bring them by our sales office in the Ebbets Field subdivision to register them as early as possible. Too many times Realtors work with customers only to have the customer come into our display homes and tell us they’re not currently working with an agent. We appreciate you and your business and want to include you in the process and help you receive your commission.

Once you register your customers, if they want to build a new home, we will help them choose a home site, floor plan, and options for their new home. We’ll price the home, write up the contract and explain the various forms required for purchasing a Carrington home. Once the contract is signed and the construction deposit received, we’ll meet with the homeowner to discuss their selection options and review their blueprint. After that, we will respond to any questions or concerns they have during the home building process. We will set up the walk-thru and closing, notifying you to make sure you can attend both of these meetings, and proceed to closing.

If they choose to purchase one of our inventory homes, we’ll meet with you and your customers to discuss Carrington Homes, pricing, and the details of the home they’ve selected. We’ll write up the contract and explain the various forms. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we’ll set up the walk-thru and closing. We’ll contact you to make sure you can attend both of these meetings, and proceed to closing.
